operations in 2003 after many years trading under a different business
name.
Initially the
company
concentrated on sales of computer hardware and peripherals
to small businesses
and home users. We quickly found that many of our home and business
users urgently required the services of qualified technicians to
provide them with support as they did not have the budget to spend
on expensive maintenance contracts that large I.T companies provide.
Hence Fix My PC was born.
Since then we have provided hardware and support for many small-medium
businesses and home users ranging from a single PC to several PC's
connected via a network with resource sharing. We are an Australian
Owned and operated company who take pride in our experience, ability
and reliability.
Our staff consists of qualified technicians who have
over 20 years experience in the I.T industry between
them. Their
background knowledge includes Engineering Degree's, Cisco,
Microsoft and Novell certification as well as many years
customer service experience.
We solve problems as quickly
and financially efficient as possible. We stand by what
